Why I built it
The project is not intended as a solo-performance story. Its value depends on riders, volunteers, beneficiary organizations, and transparent fundraising working as one system.
What I built
- The initial identity, website, route narrative, partner structure, and fundraising concept.
- A public foundation that can be updated honestly as dates, beneficiaries, and operational partners are confirmed.
What it taught me
- A meaningful mission still needs precise logistics and credible governance.
- Publishing an ambition early is useful only when the status and uncertainty remain explicit.
