Your MVP, live in weeks, not months.

Your budget goes into the product, not the overhead. One person designs and builds it with you, from the first call to launch day, and plans for what comes next: payments, emails, support.

Not ready to build? Get your product audited or book a strategy call.

  • Fixed quote before any code
  • Try it every week as it’s built
  • Your code, your accounts

My products

Three products I build and run myself.

Each one is live: open it and try it. Your product gets the same work, from the design and the code to payments, hosting and support.

Bike Shop Network

The website, customer app and back-office that bring cyclists into independent bike shops.

For independent shops that sell and repair bikes.

  • Stock online, synced with the till
  • Test rides booked with a deposit
  • A loyalty card in the shop’s own app

What I built. Shop websites, a customer app and a back-office, all generated from one platform.

Dogood

A private journal that stays on your device, and becomes a book.

For anyone who wants to keep a journal for years, without handing it to a server.

  • On this day: past entries come back
  • Chapters of your life, filed for you
  • Print it as a real book

What I built. A local-first journal with encryption and backups, and a print pipeline that lays out a whole book.

Planner

Plan what matters, close the day, keep the year in view.

For anyone who wants one calm place for today, the week and the year.

  • No account, nothing to install
  • Works offline
  • Close the day, paint your year

What I built. A fast, offline planner with day, week and year views, in plain JavaScript.

Also shipped: Kuur, lyric films timed to the voice (Python, Whisper, Claude API, Three.js), and more on the projects page. I also write about building products, and make free tools: explore them.

Expertise

What I build, and where I’ve built it.

I build MVPs, SaaS products, marketplaces and booking platforms, AI features and payments, with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres and Cloudflare. I built all of it for my own products first, so I build for launch day and for the second year.

SaaS & subscriptions

Accounts and roles, plans, billing portals, licences, onboarding that gets people to the first result.

Marketplaces & booking

Listings and stock, availability, bookings with a deposit, reminders, two-sided flows.

AI features

Speech to text, audio analysis, LLM workflows that do a real job inside the product, not a chat box on the side.

Built inKuurDogood

Offline-first apps

Web apps that install on a phone, work without a connection and encrypt data on the device.

Integrations & data

Tills, shops and maps (Lightspeed, Shopify, Google Business Profile), data pipelines and automations.

Process

From idea to real users, in four steps.

No 40-page proposal and no surprise invoice. You see the product every week, and you can stop after any step with everything done so far.

  1. 012 minutes

    Apply

Tell me what you’re building. I read every application myself and reply by email, often with a few questions.

  2. 021 week

    Product Sprint

A working session, then a written spec, the key screens and a technical plan. You get a fixed quote, and the Sprint is credited to the build.

  3. 032–10 weeks

    Build

A private link where you try the app from the first week, and a short update every week. It ships on your domain, with payments and analytics.

  4. 04Your call

    Launch & grow

Your code, your accounts, a short handover. Or keep me on, month by month, to grow it with real users.

Pricing

Clear prices, whatever you need.

Build with me, starting with a one-week Sprint that’s credited to the build. Or just get advice: a call, an audit of your product, or an advisor while your own team builds.

FAQ

Before you write.

Something else on your mind? Ask it in your application, or write to hello@bemorin.com.

I’m in the US. Does working together across time zones work?

Yes. I work remotely, in English or French, and my working day overlaps with New York’s morning and all of London’s. Most of the work doesn’t need a meeting: you get a private link where you can try your app at any time, and a short update every week on what’s done and what’s next. Quotes are in US dollars, and you pay by card or bank transfer.

Why start with a paid Sprint?

Because a fixed price needs a fixed scope. In one week we turn the idea into a written spec, the key screens and a plan, and you get a fixed quote. If you go ahead, the Sprint is taken off the build. If you don’t, you keep everything and can build it with anyone.

What if things change during the build?

They will, and that’s fine. Each milestone has a short list of what’s in it. Swapping a feature for one of the same size costs nothing; a new one gets a price before I start it.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do, from the first day. The code is on your GitHub; hosting, domain, Stripe and analytics are in your name. I work in your accounts, not mine.

Do you build native iOS and Android apps?

I build web apps that install on phones and work offline, like Dogood and Planner. For most MVPs that’s the fastest way to learn from real users. If you truly need the App Store on day one, I’ll tell you on the call.

Can you work on an existing product or with my team?

Yes, in a stack I know well (TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Postgres). The Sprint then starts with a review of the code, so the quote is about your real codebase.

Can I get advice without hiring you to build?

Yes. Book a strategy call for one decision, an audit of your site or app, or keep me as an advisor while your own team builds. The audit is taken off a Sprint or a build if you go ahead within 60 days.

I had a call or an audit. Can I go further?

Of course. Send a new request from this page: it reaches me with what we did before, and the audit is taken off the Sprint or the build.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Mention it in your application and I’ll sign yours before we go into details.

Available for new projects

Tell me what you’re building.
